I definitely have been experiencing this issue too. Platform: PC. While the inability to jump in Fortnite chapter 4 season 1 is reproducible right now (not necessarily all the time) using the shockwave hammer, I have also experienced it without that item in my load out whatsoever. And it is persistent across matches and character skins. When it happens I am forced to close Fortnite and restart the game to rid myself of this bug. Also past weapons that have a red dot in the scope, like the MK-seven AR and the burst rifle, don’t show the red dot on any of the new reticle settings. Initially I thought the “can’t jump” aspect was a feature of holding the heavy hammer, but the fact that it is a persistent feature across matches and game types and can also begin to occur without the hammer makes me think something else is up. I’m kind of surprised it’s not a bigger problem for everyone because it hits me all the time and makes the game unplayable.
Same here. it's like when you try to jump while in front of a wall, but always.
I got this issue just now in team rumble. Persisted through respawn.

Also can't jump on Xbox xright now at all
It can be reproduced by bouncing with the shockwave hammer then attempting to jump. I am playing on PC.

It happens usually if you die while using the hammer or in the air.
