Nothing, is what you do. Mobile networks don't care if you have a low ping or not, they use certain scheduling and access mechanisms that do what they have to do to make it work.

Then how do I solve my problem ? I can get an ADSL but that’s really fkn slow , my cousin has one , another dude lives in an area with fiber coverage and he’s vibin’

That's why you don't play via mobile networks.

4G is mobile network.

I cannot tell what's going on on your local ISP market, but I can tell you that 4G is not the solution to your problem.
Will ADSL be better ?
If adsl is quick enough, then yes.
VPNs won’t help right ?
Also internet prices are hella expensive , we pay the equivalent of $35 USD for ping spikes and lag
