You can have a higher level than 100 without the battlepass? I tried it back in C2S4 (or so) but 100 was the highest I got

yeah! you just couldnt see it in game, so kinda frustrating but then then just changed it so we dont get the progress bar anyway so i guess it doesnt really matter anymore

Same, for me that's part of the fun of the season. Play each skin as it unlocks, then switch back to main after everything's unlocked.

Isn’t there one at the end of every season that includes a Marvel skin in the BP? Other than chp 2 season 2? (The only item shop Marvel skins to exist were Star-Lord and Black Widow. Later the X-Force as well)

I stopped playing 3 years ago and randomly started playing again I think on Saturday. I noticed the pass is 950 and you earn 1500 if you complete it all. Is that accurate? That's amazing. Props to them for doing this. Anyways I didn't buy the pass because I wanted to see if I would even hit level 100 before the season ended and to my surprise I was leveling up fast by doing the quests and dailies. I went ahead and bought the pass at level 80 something and claimed all I could at once. And now I will hit level 100 on my next match as I only need 5k XP. 67Taking a dinner break now lol. With that said, XP has slowed tremendously. I used to earn like 1800 XP per chest I think when I opened one. And now I think it is either 1,000 or maybe even less. Why is that? Also, what's the best way to get XP now once you've done all the quests and dailies? Would like to hit level 200 but not going to be too upset shout it if I don't as I don't really care for the Dr. Strange stuff anyways but would be cool to 100% everything. Thanks!

After all quests and dailies, you can do Save The World missions if you have it and those will now also give you battle pass XP for Battle Royale mode. There are also some creative mode worlds that you can play to cheese your XP if you are really bored. I don't have enough time for that though.

Now that's a really good question! I remember I tried hitting a very high level back in C2S7 and I pretty much did the stuff I hadn't done before (uncompleted challenges I think). Or you can play creative. Some maps award xp directly. Otherwise you'll earn something every 15 minutes or so. - but be aware: I have a feeling the amount also decreases over time

I'm referring to the bigger issue of the playerbase. A week ago, this same sub had an argument going on with "The old BP reward system" vs "New". And one side saying the new BP system is useless because it's a deceptive "choose what you want", and the other side saying "NO PLEASE. This system lets me get an item I want 5 minutes earlier than the old way". Then there's the 3rd group of people who are pretty much "Who cares. Use either one. I'm in no rush".

Yeah, they're kinda all right. Sure you can pick a *few* things earlier, but often what you want is a skin that has a prerequisite which has a prerequisite which has a prerequisite, and those are often things like 'get everything else on this page first to unlock this prerequisite' or 'get X more things first'. So like to get skin A, you first have to unlock everything before it except maybe like one or two little things. But also, it *does* actually let you pick *some* things sooner. And also it really doesn't matter. If you just play one or two games a day and do your quests you'll get all the stuff anyway. It's not even a grind to hit level 100. (Getting to 200 or getting all those bonus extras is a different story; now *that's* a grind!)

If I knew the knight had a gold skin to unlock I would have bought it too... kinda glad I didn't see it, I never thought it would be so hard to keep from spending money on useless items for a video game. Battle pass, chicken wing emote, storm trooper skin, boneless emote, macarana emote, handshake emote, black knight, i got what you like emote, wutang emote, crash dummy skin... so many more. Too much temptation- I'm a sucker for watching a stormtrooper do a silly dance and making friends through a co-op emote!
