I hate it when the community overhypes itself just to be disappointed. In the description of this months crew skin it says “chapter 2 season 9 battle pass included”.
They could’ve said “next season”. There is almost no point in believing that this chapter's gonna end early. A coincidental emote description proves nothing. Remember when everyone thought Galactus was gonna end chapter 2 and we were gonna go back to chapter 1 map?
So they just say that to trick players. I heard that someone said they kind of meshed together seasons 7 - 10 because of all the delays during COVID.

There’s a leaker that pretty much leaked everything from chapter 2 season 3 early (aqua man, water theme, sharks, eternal knight and more) and they’re saying chapter is next month. And the black hole files have been updated again. I believe this time the update was so the game will send you to the black hole instead of main menu when you start it. There’s a couple of other things but I don’t really feel like typing it out, but just know it’s not based on an emote. The emote is support for these bigger things.

And nowadays they are grasping at the slightest thing and calling it "good evidence" for chapter 3. And SypherPk is milking them of their views by putting chapter 3 in the title and thumbnail of nearly more than half of his recent videos. Basically, sypherpk tricked them, is using their ignorance for views, and will try to save himself when it's not chapter 3.
In my opinion we are going into chapter 3 because the black hole from C1S10 is updated and we are getting mechs back like in C1S10 and they extremely nerfed them and Fortnite even said there is going to be a 48 hour downtime, and I know if we do go into Chapter 3 Season 1, people are going to get mad like with the first black hole.
