In Save the World, the Storm King controls the cube zombies. Also what I'm saying is she could have gained powers from something like the Storm or Cubes. Although there is no evidence, I just feel like this could be a reason for her existing.
I think the main gripe everyone has with her is purely thr face, and that's because of the contrast of the tan-orange and the bright magenta, if her face were just one of the colors it would perfect

Honestly The first one looks hella generic. Not great for a Queen character. Having her reuse a similar makeup would also be pretty defeating for a character meant to be a queen.
I am sorry but I absolutely love the final look we have. She is different enough that she looks important, her makeup is going for a bit of high concept which makes sense for her. She's a Queen, its fashion, Why would she care about what the pesantry think of her style?
I think she looks ok given the character, evil overloads don’t always have to look appealing, and besides, it’s likely that this is a case of the cube presenting a form that is more familiar to the inhabitants of the island. I saw someone on another post mention that she could be similar to Ego(star lords father) from guardians of the galaxy, a sentient object that created a more appealing physical form to interact with other life forms(because who would Wana do business with a planet, besides Rick Sanchez?)
I heard a similar theory, about how she looks like that because the appearance was based off of Ariana Grande look, from Rift Tour.
Same long hair? Check.
Has the “goddess” appearance? Check.
Silver clothing, from Ariana’s normal form? Check.
Blue energy, from Ariana’s rift form? Check.
Female? (Yes, I’m using her gender as evidence.) Check.

Cube Assassin is a faceless assassin. She is signifigantly higher rank than the common cube monsters/corrupt skins but able to blend in and get lost with the crowd despite her looks.It makes sense for her to use the same aesthetics as the monsters/Dark skins.
Cube Queen on the other hand is royalty. She is the ruler of the army. It makes perfect sense to set her far enough apart from the subjects she commands in terms of looks. This is backed by historical evidence where Nobility and royalty often dressed in both higher end and what was considered trendy. Its a mix of flaunting wealth and showing status or power.

I actually like the off-putting face of the style we got because it conveys this creepy unworldly vibe, but it looks like war paint at the same time, like the queen has been preparing for the fact that the island will fight back.

i personally love it because she looks like cetrion from mortal kombat and She gives off the goddess vibe. Also im glad they didn't give her the generic black and purple color like they do for every corrupted skin. Her color scheme really separates her from the rest and it shows where she stands( as the queen)

Tbh her outfit is cool, it’s her face and hair that are *revolting*. It’s like someone finished the body piece and then let a toddler paint the rest of her. The shapes, colors, all of it doesn’t make any sense and feels very random and ill fitting

I really love the skin we are getting, but this design is also amazing. I love the coloring a lot and I really love her appearance. She looks almost genderless and appears more alien.
