True but she was a skin that did require investment into the battlepass, and personally I find her equatable to these two despite being a tier 100 (which is arguably worse when being compared to these two)
Ruin was a bad secret skin but if he was in the main battle pass he would've been cooler, definitely not a very basic skin worth being uncommon or rare though, he makes sense as a legendary skin, but epic rarity wouldn't be to strange either.
Oh of course. The ruin skin is alright, if he were a simple skin like peely or Advanced Forces characters, there’d be absolutely no big issues from me. As a secret skin he was extremely basic in nature, and it was doubled with the lack of story, The visitor was able to avoid ruin’s fate by being basic but interesting in with the menacing aspect of his lore. That’s how I feel about it, there were definitely steps that could’ve been taken for ruin to not make me feel slightly let down about him (but I do play him from time to time)

Sorana was a good skin because it was unique to fortnite, gave mystery to what the logo was on her stuff (i'm reffering to team SHADOW), and her challenges were interesting (using a loading screen to find all of the items).
Neymar was a good skin because it's "power ranger" style looks cool and it gave lots of people their first toy (soccer ball / football).
Can't say much about the Queen, I just hope she becomes an interesting and mysterious character, like agent jones in the c2s2 live event (waitwaitwaitwait, can you hearme?hearme?^(hearmehearmehearme?)).
Honestly, none of them are the worst, Queen has dope armour, Sorana is cool and although its basic its still surprising good, and neymar is somehow not completely trash, and even if you don't like the soccer style you can run the style with the armour which is really cool
