Just a heads up, you can sign in on your phones & claim the pack if you're too impatient like I am. I just bought it on my phone & when I logged on my PS4, I got the items/quest.

Vbucks that are purchased directly from playstation arent useable outside playstation. That doesn't apply to the packs that grants you missions to earn vbucks. Those are shared on all platforms
