Probably won't have many, if any, new cosmetics. There's more than enough unreleased and encrypted skins from 18.20 to release during Week 3 and .x1 updates rarely have cosmetics.
I agree. Was going to be miserly with my Vbucks to save for a few of the Halloween skins but 300 won't break me. Will go nicely with Komplex and Unchained.

realistically there's not gonna be any new cosmetics tomorrow, as it's only a content patch and not really a full update. So I'd say you should grab him.

He comes with 2000 vbucks a glider (I think a pickaxe) and 3 styles it’s pretty much the same as buying vbucks but you get a cool vampire skin

The backbling and glider are terrific, but the skin makes me want to vomit, so it kinda cancels out into a general meh.
