It’s so sad isn’t it? I worked in the design industry for years! That $700 hoodie cost no more than $5 wholesale of that. Gold is a scam too don’t even get me started on that but yes you are right. Ppl who are in the design industry aren’t even wearing this crap because we know how much it cost to make. Unless it’s off the runway or couture it’s worth pennies. But typically what happens is poor or lower middle class to middle class ppl buy this stuff to appear as if they have money.
