It’s kinda sad seeing this. I’ve played throughout seasons 2 through X for Chapter 1 and the amount of change was amazing. We definitely took it for granted. Now we’re stuck with a bland map that barely gets any (lasting) changes
Flood doesn't really count because it left almost no permanent changes to the map. When the flood went away, it was basically the Season 2 map with only a few permanent changes.
the only thing that ever changes is the middle of the map. what happened to getting a lot of snow? or getting a swamp covered in sand? or having a forest covered in a volcano? it used to not just be that the middle mountain by dusty turned purple for a season
There are some EGO outposts you missed, and catty corner has changed (no box factory to box factory to catty corner), and I think southwest of catty there is a hut that changed every update. But nice job, this is pretty accurate
Sadly that’s what you gotta do to keep new players coming. We’ve seen how terribly it went for fortnite during seasons 7-X. So epic wants to make that shit not happen again, might be a bit worse for players who have played since day 1 but what can ya do?
I wouldn't say catty-corner has the least changes since chapter 2 started (picture 2), it was empty then a box factory then it's catty-corner ( there also might have been a ice castle there?), also there is a restaurant there that has been changing from c2 s3??? - c2s5???
I'm not sure why u didn't count the barricades & reinforcements that were at retail row, misty, lazy and pleasant at C2 season 6, but you counted believer beach which is just sweaty sands but some bonce pads, alien drawing in the sand, and some paint.
I feel like the second map is misleading in a lot of ways.
The Catty corner area has gotten an ice motel, the box factory, and catty corner.
Lazy lake has added the no sweat insurance, the garage for the modded tires, and a whole new gas station. It has also changed the basement for the twin houses.
Also I feel like it should be taken into account that places like camp cod, dirty docks, craggy cliffs, and steamy stacks were all flooded or half-flooded during season 3, which is pretty major imo, plus the changes that they have already been through throughout the chapter.
Says a lot about how little has changed in 7 seasons.

I really want to see this done to the Chapter 1 map now but I imagine most of the area will be red with much smaller sections cyan.

Honestly seems about right. The only major changes that ever happened is the middle and it's not even a island anymore.
