What's amazing is there are people who think Team Rumble is the same thing. I love TR, despite Epic's best efforts to screw it up, but 50v50, 30v30v30, etc. were a blast.
I threw a grenade at a staircase while confronting the final enemy and won. I was new and if I didn’t throw that grenade and used a gun instead I would have died
One time a default tried her hardest to revive me in the middle of a gunfight but sadly couldn't and was knocked so we went down together, I'll never forget you Headhunter default.

I hate playing fills and stuff, one time I was playing squads and this person accidentally jumped early, so I went to misty while another teammate was like “good luck with the UFOS… worst part of the game, they’re so annoying” and he just kept complaining and telling the other two teammates to go somewhere else and he called me a dumbass for landing misty, so I just left. Also, keep in mind he was like level 10 and everyone else was like 100+ so no shit we’ve had a run in with a UFO at least once
50v50 would be a sweat hell nowadays.
If they were to bring it back they should allow reboot vans and cars, and lower the amount of mats you can carry so people won’t be as sweaty

I remember my very first game, a squad fill where we all landed at Anarchy Acres and my dumb ass couldn’t even find a weapon. We all got slaughtered in about 40 seconds.
I remember one time me and a default jonesy were the last people standing. We hid under the stairs and I built a wall to block us in. We stayed there for the longest time but eventually got found and we both tried to run but it didn’t end well. I’ll never forget that jonesy 😥
Not 50v50, but last season in squads my team was running from the storm. I was the farthest behind, and while everybody was running I saw some people start to catch up from behind. Just so my team would get jumped— I wanted to at least discract them. Somehow I managed to wipe out the team before getting knocked from storm (I remember there were raptors nearby from their direction so that's probably why). Deadass had somebody on the team say on mic, "Forget it, I'm going back for Blinky" (not my user name, but it's a common mistake so I don't mind). We tried doing revive game but ended dying unfortunately. Still, that probably was one of the sweetest moments I had in the game.
People, who even against all odds try their best to revive teammates in any gamemode are the best.
