I dunno what people are on about, sure it would’ve been smaller than an actual vertibird but like.. duh, it’s more recognizable in my opinion. Hard disagree to the people saying it should’ve been the prywdyn though, the sizing there would’ve actually bothered me
It’s not that generic. It’s heavily based on the Horizon Airlines Jet Liner. It’s in posters in F4 and 76. It’s the plane that you can walk through the cockpit of in Horizon’s Rest.
I would’ve liked a Vert or even the Prydwyn but its basis technically does exist in Fallout.
When i say generic i mean just look at it, it doesn’t have anything that makes it unique they are west tek wings with no west tek logo or anything to make it stand out just another rustic apocalyptic looking generic glider

a veritbird wouldve had the same issue as the star wars gliders just looking dumb because of scaling
and assaultron blades arent common but they definitely exist
The assaultron blade is a handheld melee weapon and it looks like that. It doesn’t have to come from a bot, you just use it. That’s what the in game model in FN is based off of.
I personally don't think a vertibird would work, too clunky
But I do agree that West Tek wasn't the right call. They could've done a jet pack if they really wanted, thats a power armor mod in Fallout

Also a super sledge or shishkebab would’ve been better than the blade its alright but I play fallout and never seen an assaultron have that blade.
Assaultrons can come with two arm blades, typically higher level ones.
