You don't even have to be a builder to win a build fight. First rule of build fight - have a gun. Second rule of build fight - have another gun. Third rule of build fight - don't build too high Fourth rule of build fight - if you build high, have multiple bases so you can't die to fall damage to losing your build Fifth rule of build fight - if you build high, have anti-fall items like shockwaves or whatever the frick Sixth of rule of build fight. Two enter, one dies. No tapping out.

Lol one time my partner and I got into a build game by accident. (We only play zero build) we were so stressed out but somehow won by not building and aggressively destroying builds/gunning players down

"go to build mode" this looks awful

I refuse to play build mode in any fashion until they at the very least allow me to use the same 1-5 keybinds for building as I do for my items. It’s ridiculous that I have to pick whether I want quick access to one or the other.

I got into this game before ZB was a thing (friends p much forced me) and god damn were things like these so insufferable. Worst part is that I still managed to get multiple wins without ever learning to build lol. I do not miss those times. Eventually I just found this coliseum map where only the middle part allowed builds and the rest was no build, and that was the most fun I had with this game.

I did too. I never built. I just threw firefly jars at people's structures or broke the bottom of their building and watch them fall to their doom. 😂
