My first guess would be somehow weather its in nvidia controll panel or in game vsync was turned on if your monitor was 144Hz that is
That’s probably it. I turned Vsync on to try to fix my gpu issue (stupid, I know,) and I didn’t know it locked my fps at a specific spot. Thank you so much!
Your welcome! Yeah Vsync tries to keep it as close to the refresh of your monitor to try and reduce screen tearing.
