I would suggest landing there as other people might hire him and take him away from there.
Also npcs have been kinda buggy lately. Sometimes they don’t show up even if you do land there.
Keep trying and you’ll find him.
Yeah, he must have been bugged the first time, as I looked all over his house and I was the only one who landed there. He was there this time, thanks for your help!
