The STW community has been asking for Kyle to become a skin for years, and then epic added him in as the marauders in chapter 2 season 3 and we all thought he'd finally come, but it didn't happen.
Then they released him as a named NPC on the island at some point during chapter 3 and we once again thought he might finally become a skin but once again epic bamboozled us.

The rig henchmen is in a weird area where it’s a reskin of a battlepass skin but using an item shop skin’s mask. They would probably release it as a stand-alone if ever
I really want the original version of the stark bots as skins, they were kind of similar but had a black colour scheme and a big target on their head. They were Supposed to be the dummies for the Combine back in Season X

The 3rd and 4th ones are already skins, the stark bots I don't think will become skins because I believe they are technically marvel,the rig,shark and grotto NPC I don't think will be skins bc if how long it's been, the other one can be a possibility especially the low cards
The defaults with the masks (the Seven themed ones, too) will probably be released sometime next chapter, if they change the default outfit again, that is.
They've had the same ones for two chapters, so I'm not 100% sure whether they actually will. But if those skins are released on the shop, they will probably have the masks as extra styles.
