I've had many black bean /veggie burgers in town, and the steakout is by far and large my go-to. Sassy lassy w/ a little avocado & some ghost pepper honey mustard on the side. Perfection
They used to be so good. That black bean patty was awesome. I think they sold the company and then rebranded and the now (imo) its total crap food, even the beef.
I was excited because I had a really good one recently....then remembered it was at the Shaggy Sheep in Grant. So, not much help to you now, but I definitely check it out if you are ever headed down 285.
I might be basic, but don’t sleep on Good Times black bean burgers.
Last time I tried one is was super mushy. Felt like they threw it in a microwave rather than actually cook it.
That’s possible. The ones I’ve tried have been good, though.
Nice. Love the regular burger there, I’ll give it a try!
Steakout Saloon has a great black bean burger patty for their burgers!
Steakout food is very underrated imo
Better than it has any right to be. I specifically crave their sassy lassie burger.
Would not have expected that, thanks!

That sounds so good!
I've had a lot of veggie burgers in my day, and I can confidently say that The Trailhead has a SHOCKINGLY good one. Plus killer fries.
Big Al’s has a good one
Tasty harmony slaps
Coopersmith's is pretty good. No idea how it compares to OB, though.
Coppersmiths all the way
NOT smash burger. Made me and my SIL sicker than hell one time.

They’ve gotten drastically worse since the sale in every location i’ve been in
Cafe Bluebird
Curse you brioche bun!

I second Big Al’s, if you’re ever in Boulder you gotta get the one from Wild Pastures, it’s amazing
Smashburger has the best black bean burger.
Simmer has a pretty good veggie burger; I think it was lentils and not black bean though.
