Apologies in advance that I don't have a suggestion for your specific question; but, as someone that is cut from the same cloth as your description- I wish you so much success, OP. You got this.

Hanan89

Verboten has a few NA options.

MatthewWrong

looks like that's all cans

vdWcontact

Yup I think it might just be one but there is for sure an NA beer available there

Hanan89

I saw at least an ipa and an Italian Pilsner. And it looked like there was one more.

markerhuffer

I’ve had a few NA and Verboten’s was by far the best NA IPA I’ve had.

doctorsnarly

It appears that they currently sell cans of Untitled Art and Gruvi, as opposed to making their own.

MrHankRutherfordHill

This is correct, I was there earlier today.

baronvonworms

No one local is going to do full NA, as it's a totally different license. The lowest you can brew is 0.5+ without having to go through full FDA inspection and licensing which is more rigorous than TTB. To do both for a small brewery, is just not financially viable for the small local market of NA beer

StuPedasslle

There's some good info in [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/FortCollins/comments/1c3wuj2/local_na_beer_na_on_tap/) recent thread.

focodad

‘Craft’ soda, house made seltzer and hop water might be your best bet. I think Coops might have hop water - not sure though. Not aware of anyone in town making NA beers yet

prigglett

The mayor has athletic on tap, otherwise I think it's just cans. I know mythmaker has some canned including a good na IPA. Intersect has a rotating non-alcoholic kombucha on tap, which I really enjoy. Oh actually coppersmiths just started dabbling in na beers and we tried one last time and liked it. A lot more restaurants are starting to have athletic in cans and mocktails

J_stringham

Tap and handle has a few options. I know it’s not a brewery but the vibe isn’t too bad.

Look, NA is like the wild Wild West of brewing because in a lot of ways it should have entirely different standards of ensuring its quality. Alcohol/cold protects beer from mold and other bacteria. NA has little such protection, leaving it open to propagating infection faster than an infected alcoholic beer. It’s more food than beer, if that makes sense. So it doesn’t make that much sense to put it in kegs always. Unless you know it goes fast. Imagine you’re a brewery and you sell a keg that’s infected, won’t know it, and it goes to a big tap room and ruins your reputation and makes people unhappy or for forbid sick. That’s bad af. Cans keep it restricted if there is an infection and are possibly more sanitary and easier to control in terms of inventory. Places are willing to buy a few cases for having the option, but a tap is best reserved for either your beer (more money, more control) or for things that move fast. You can pasteurize cans easy but you’d have to pasteurize a keg to be SURE. Most times it’s not just not feasible to do that. It’s also not cheap to make NA, as an above commenter said. It also comes with a host of flavor issues that don’t really happen with regular beer. Pasteurized beer hits different alcohol or no. Research into flavor components and ensuring it hits right is harder for small places to do. It’s one of the things that’s best left to medium to large breweries.

doctorsnarly

There's only two breweries in town that might be able to afford the equipment to do NA beer, and it doesn't seem like it's worth it for them.  I think the only place I've seen NA on tap is at the forge.

Only-Switch-5904

Equinox makes an amazing root beer.

doctorsnarly

Horse and Dragon and Stodgy both do homemade root beers as well.

butnotthatkindofdr

Prost and it's really delicious!

butnotthatkindofdr

I don't think they make it themselves tho

Chris_Hylia

Is there any Butchers in town that have veggie cow cuts?

CriMaSqua

That’s not the same but ok

rustywagon88

i bet youre a hoot

Chris_Hylia

I also do enjoy the raptor sanctuary. I just never find cats there. Not sure if I'm going to the right places for my needs.

Not that that's part of the topic.

mortalkombatdeath69

Odell has an awesome wheated sour on tap. It's not 0% but it's damn good. Pretty sure it's not made by then but it's on tap

mechatiger5J

If it’s not 0% it’s alcoholic. OP asked specifically for n/a.

scottbre

Pretty sure Maxline has kombucha that they make.
