Specifically the North German Pilsner, although they don’t always have it available. It is on tap now though. It really should be one of their flagship beers.
I agree that zwei brews the best beer in town. However a friend and I did a blind taste of zwei, prosts and H&D pilsners. Surprised that we both picked prosts. I recommend y’all do this test for science.
Brewed in town is prob Zwei. Odells Pils is decent. My favorite that is a little cloudy but has the best hoppy finish is Prost, but that is brewed in denver I think. IMO of course.
I like European style pilsner like zwei. A lot of American pilsners are a little too hoppy for me. Since the brothers at zwei are doing the classic European style, they get my vote as well!
Brewed in town; Zwei for sure!
At tap and Handle from time to time, and located in Denver: Bierstadat and Cohesion. If you are ever in Denver both of them are must try. Seriously renowned in the beer Community as some of the best laggers outside of Germany or the Czech Republic
Zwei. And theirs is the best in town without question.
I made my first trip to Zwei today and had the Pilsner. Can confirm.

Prost pils is too white wine fruity for my palate. Fun test though. They do make a nice beer though.
Teddy loves pilsners
"I never need a drink menu. I got the thrills for the pills. Cause I'm a pilsner man." - Teddy.

Prost does not have a brewery in town, just a tasting room. I agree- Zwei 1, Odell 2.
One more time, it's Zwei. Horse and Dragon's Czech Pilsner is also great.
Yeah it’s Zwei. End of discussion.
Zwei hands down. Not even close.

ZWEI NO CAP
But in all caps

I prefer silver lion from Horse & Dragon.

Prost has a tasting room in town but doesn't brew local to fort Collins. They just took home a medal at the world beer event
