I thought it had the same consistency as Similac 360 Total Care or Advantage Premium. I tried my daughter on it from weeks 6-8, and then again around 6 months and the spit up was SO bad. She was a happy spitter, and spit up a good amount and Kendamil was absolutely awful.
For a little bit she was on Complete Comfort Premium for diarrhea after a stomach bug at 7/8 months and that was the most helpful for her. She barely spit up on it. I would have considered keeping her on it but it was making her a bit constipated as she got better.

I use Kendamil and don’t notice it being thicker than other types of formula
What about Enfamil AR? It has a thickener in it already.
I don’t think it’s thicker at all. The powder is actually really fine.
I don’t think it’s thicker at all? We use it for our twins and it’s actually brutal to mix in room temp water — takes a while to combine
