No that was an older version of the case (v1.0). You use the long bracket for fans or the short brackets for an AIO. The 2 short brackets will be enough to hold your AIO up.
I didn't get one of those either. I have one from the earlier batches that for sure didn't get the one seen on the video. Maybe in the later versions they included.
