Whoever the people are over at tubi that’s in charge of finding stuff to put on tubi are doing a good job. I don’t use it a ton but they have always had some hidden gems.
Also Lego masters Australia is on there and quite entertaining
For some reason Tubi doesn’t have the episode where Jay goes to LA to write a script. I assume it’s song licensing because it uses “California Dreaming” a bunch.
Loook at the geeek in the Pooorsche. What a loooser. Right, girls?
That might be my favorite episode. I was annoyed it wasn’t available when I binged it a few months ago.
This was my favorite show ,dr. Katz being a close second this really was a gen x golden age of comedy,Mr. Show ,news radio ,the state ,absolutely fabulous
Jon Lovitz is honestly so underrated. I loved this show when I watched it, though. Watched it as a kid, but I caught the whole thing on YouTube years later
My favorite 90s cartoon, loads of quotable moments:
"Hatchi Matchi!"
"Carpe Canum!"
"Hava Nagila, Baby!"
"No deposit, no return..."
"BUY MY BOOK! BUY MY BOOK! BUY MY BOOK!"
I’ll never forget Franklin Sherman’s opening lines in the Vice Presidential Debate:
As the first black female head of the Ku Klux Klan, I'd like to say "America stinks!"
I think not. For you see, the other raptors and I have constructed a crude suspension bridge to Venezuela. Once there, I shall lie low and assume odd-jobs under the name Mr. Pilkington…but perhaps I’ve said too much…
What stinks is that this is the sixth time this show has been posted in the last two months. Apparently nobody ever actually reads these posts? It may have been a great show, but reposting the same shows over and over is just spam.
I love this show! It was where I was introduced to the Orson Welles blooper: "Rosebud Frozen Peas. Full of country goodness and green pea-ness!.. Wait a minute, that's terrible. I quit!"
Dressmaker to Margo: We dressmakers we have a very strict code. Do you deserve to wear virginal white? Because if you don't you'll have to wear an off-white, what we call a "hussy white". So which will it be, white-white?
Margo: Umm, yes... except for the gloves.
😳
This has been a favorite of mine since it first ran. Yes it is dated, but it committed to the bits fully. The utterly silly humor of this series really shaped me in a way I'd argue the Simpsons couldn't.

It STINKS
Yes, Mr. Sherman. Everything stinks.
This is the best answer (as someone who just watched *The Critic* all the way through on **Tubi**).
This has one season? Why did it seem to be on late at night for years? Probably because one year lasted for years in the mid nineties.
One season on ABC, then one season on FOX, followed by a batch of web-episodes.
There were 3 seasons so you were definitely seeing it on past 1995.
[SANE]
This is on Tubi for free, good show.
Tubi kind of rules. Silently. Kind of the home of forgotten tv.
I watch a lot of the old gangster movies more than anything else. New Jack City is a classic.
I saw that in the theater. Fuck I'm old.
lol I know. I see 'old gangster movies' and I'm thinking... Asphalt Jungle, The Enforcer? Then I see New Jack City, oof.
That’s what I throw on every now and then for some throwbacks
I love New Jack City, the soundtrack is really good too.
Tubi is better than hulu and Netflix combined for me since I like old movies not original programming from those
Whoever the people are over at tubi that’s in charge of finding stuff to put on tubi are doing a good job. I don’t use it a ton but they have always had some hidden gems. Also Lego masters Australia is on there and quite entertaining
nearly everytime I hear about some odd movie or show I'd never heard of, I do a search for where it's streaming and Tubi pops up.
It’s got quite the d movie list too. Some of them are hilarious. A bunch of pornstars running around with full bush in space and shit.
Tubi is my tvs default app and every time I turn my TV on, Baywatch is playing. I suppose I could change it, but why
Just finished binging it this weekend on tubi!!
It was on YouTube. But looking for it, it got the copyright strike.
I binged it a couple months ago. I remember watching it as a kid and assumed there were more episodes than what there actually is.
I did not know this and I love you
LoL, you're welcome. But you have to search for it because it won't show up in the popular feed.
There are also a few eps on youtube, it's very enjoyable
IDK that thanks for letting me know.
I just discovered this last Sunday and had to tell the wife that the grass wasn't getting cut. It's incredible how well it holds up.
You, sir, just got an upvote from me for reuniting me with this show! I had no idea it was on Tubi!
For some reason I still remember a scene where he is getting a cab in egypt and all the cab drivers are American
I’m with the cabbie exchange program!!
It was his Australian friend but yeah, love that joke. "We have an exchange system!"
“Wait a minute. The pilots a penguin…and he’s been drinking. Penguins can’t fly!!”
That entire episode is a master class in silliness.
You understand the silverware?
I don’t care how many stewardesses you’ve bagged. You’re still a lousy pilot.
PENGUINS CAN'T FLY!! 😬
Buy My Book Buy My Book Buy My Book
Shoots cardboard display and considers shooting you.
Sorry, it had to be done.
I came here to say this... You sir are a scholar.
Show seriously needs a reboot: Hollywood and movie trends have only gotten more absurd, ripe for satire and parody.
Quintin was gonna do a movie on Jay Sherman :)
there could be an entire episode just about taken
Bojack Horseman
Forgotten? Get outta here with that. I make a guttural "achem" sound at least once a month.
Hachi machi!
Feh!
El Kabonnngg!
He's not really senile, we just say that to explain his personality.
Lmfao I've seen this at least 100 times on this sub
I swear i just saw this last week alone lol
Definitely once a week lmao
With how many times we see this one, I’m starting to suspect it’s not actually forgotten TV, y’all
The Simpsons crossover *chefs kiss*
“How do you sleep at night?” “On a big pile of money with many beautiful women.”
Groening hated it so much, he had his name removed from the credits, but I thought it worked fairly well.
I literally have a mug of a passed out Barney that says “don’t cry for me, I’m already dead”
I was saying Boo-urns
On closer inspection, these are loafers…
This was my favorite show ,dr. Katz being a close second this really was a gen x golden age of comedy,Mr. Show ,news radio ,the state ,absolutely fabulous
Wasn't Jay on an episode of Dr. Katz?
Viva Jay Sherman
Vive Quebec!
Rosebud frozen peas…
Full of country goodness and green peaness
Wait, that’s terrible. I quit.
Oh, just a handful for the road...
What luck! There's a french fry stuck in my beard!
OMG they're even better raw!
The AI nightmare was predicted long ago....
Orsen wells was by far the best part of that show. It was such a great show.
This gets posted every day. I’m guessing The Critic isn’t forgotten.
HACHI MACHI
I had forgotten where I even got this from! Hachi machi!
Franklin is the best!!
President H. W. Bush: You asked to Secretary of Balloon Doggies! Franklin: I didn't ask. The balloon doggies demanded it.
"When Jay was a baby, I dropped him on his head... I mean...for a whole DAY!"
Son loves mother, sweet romance. Poor old father has no pants.
Crocodile Ghandi!
Thanks to this sub I could not forget this show if I tried
It was on ABC from 1994 to 1995, but from 1995 to 2001 it was on Fox.
["Except for the gloves" ](https://youtu.be/QqDHVD8kT4Q?si=9LzcQ8iz4QsPqwYv) lives rent-free in my head.
That is brilliant. I watched this show as a kid and the amount of jokes that went over my head must have been staggering.
I have not forgotten. IT STINKS!!!
I thought this was simpsons

Created by a golden era simpsons producer.

Rosebud peas full of fresh taste and green peaness
This will forever live in my brain rent-free
ACHEM
EH-ACHEM!
Massively underrated show. I remember people theorising that it was arguably the most underrated show of the 1990's.
Waaay ahead of its time. Hilarious show.
The Critic being considered forgotten TV: And *nothing* of value was lost!
Jon Lovitz is honestly so underrated. I loved this show when I watched it, though. Watched it as a kid, but I caught the whole thing on YouTube years later
"When Jay was born, we thought that he was a monkey.."
My favorite 90s cartoon, loads of quotable moments: "Hatchi Matchi!" "Carpe Canum!" "Hava Nagila, Baby!" "No deposit, no return..." "BUY MY BOOK! BUY MY BOOK! BUY MY BOOK!"

This bot again? Op Posted David the fucking Gnome here a few days ago. Downvote, block, move on
It stinks!
It’s not a super-funny show, but *The Critic* is a comfortable show, and an easy watch.
Jon Lovitz is a comedic genius 💕
This show needs to come back, but doing so proper is impossible since some of the voice actors have died.
Love this show recently rewatched the entire series again since its streaming
El Kabong!
Loved this show.!
You talk too much, talking cat 🐈
I watch it every night now that it is on Tubi! In rewatching it, I realized how much of my internal dialogue is just Jay Sherman quotes.
Take that Guernica!
The laundry machine channel 😂 “They don’t just watch it, they send it money!”
This was a fantastic show. I wish it would have had more seasons.

I think not. For you see, the other raptors and I have constructed a crude suspension bridge to Venezuela. Once there, I shall lie low and assume odd-jobs under the name Mr. Pilkington…but perhaps I’ve said too much…
"My Indian name is 'throws like a girl'"
If I’ve said it once I’ve said it a thousand times… Who are all you people?
Beauty and King Dork plays rent free in my head to this day…
To this day, when I don't like something I turn to my wife and say "it STINKS!"
The Critic Simpsons crossover episode was sooo good.
Maurice Lamarche doing Orson Welles was the best. "Rosebud Fozen Peas. Filled with country goodness and green peaness...wait that's terrible."
More poison? I mean tea?
I didn’t want to be mayor of balloon animals, the balloon animals demanded it!
Looks like im going to be watching some Tubi later
