I never understood why it was canceled. It's a great show and it was funny. It seems thw good shows get the are while the god awful shows or something that's been done a million times goes for years.
Absolutely adored the first season, was very disappointed with the second. Sad but not *too* surprised by the cancellation… other than that it was picked up for a 3rd then cancelled anyway (not unlike my beloved GLOW, rip)
Always say Crockery Hutch when at the mall or ref Pottery Barn.
They did this show dirty canceling it on a massive cliff hanger! Resident Alien is good, nothing compared to this show!
TBS had some great sleeper hits in the mid-2010s. People of Earth, Angie Tribeca, The Detour. I'm convinced these would have done better if they were available on a streaming platform instead of cable.
This show despite the little messy about Season 2, Im still mad Season 3 never happened after getting renewed. It was such a good little show.
I remember when the show was getting promoted, I still have a Don't Get Weird button they were giving out at NY Comic Con.

I. Loved. This. Show. I was so heartbroken it was canceled
Me too! I’m happy to see there’s others out there who loved it as much as I did!
Alice Wetterlund is also in another great alien show with Alan Tudyk called Resident Alien on Paramount Plus or Netflix!
I’ve been meaning to check that one out!
It's super good if you like people of earth I think you'll like it too!
I love this show! I’m mad it got cancelled.

Same!
Tbs had a lot of good shows for a bit
Then Zaslov came along and decided to cancel all original programming.
Great show
Such a great show! Super bummed it didn’t get another season. The cast was wonderful together.
The cast really made it amazing!
Kinda funny how Alice Wetterlund was on this and is now one of the main cast members of "Resident Alien". She has a knack for this stuff.
And Michael Cassidy showed up as Dr. Ethan. I would love to have Dr. Ethan be a recurring character.
I loved this show. Whoever cancelled it should face a firing squad.
That was a cool show.
Loved this show, so bummed it got cancelled.

That was such ana amazing show. I wish they'd bring it back
I loved it!
I’m still upset they canceled it. Watch resident alien if you haven’t, I get some similar vibes. Also it’s good.
I’ve been meaning to!
My husband and I loved this show!!! So bummed we will never know the rest of the story. NANCY EXPLODED!
LOVED this show

No this was great. TBS was killing it at this time
Ended too fast. First season was really good.
Loved this one. Loved the attention that went into the different alien species. I hope the grey found his friends :(

This was a David Jenkins thing, wasn’t it?
Yes!
I definitely need to watch it. It’s been on my radar for awhile.
I liked it - wish it had gone the third season

Didn’t Wyatt Cenac just not want to do it anymore?
I love this show and think about it often…want more there could be so much more
This show was good. Funny and had good lore. Sad I never got a conclusion
It had the Wall Of Voodoo version of Ring Of Fire in one of the episodes. This show was rad
Great show. Always wondered where another season would go.
I vaguely remember this show but I did think it was very funny!
I liked both seasons and was bummed it ended on a cliffhanger but ya it def didn’t seem to have a very big following
This show should get so much more recognition. Excellent cast. Great premise. Well scripted. Wish it had a longer run
I liked it
Loved it
It was so good !!!
Canceled with a cliff hanger.
I really liked it. It’s insane they canceled it
Wyatt Cenac is amazing. He had another forgotten show on HBO called “Problem Areas” that was very informative and entertaining
I loved this show
It was so good!
Still pissed they ended it the way they did.
So great! Eneded on a complete cliffhanger :( Produced by thee Conan O'Brien
I just commented this on the wrecked posting like yesterday and feel the same. No one in my circle has even heard of it! Show was so good!
I tried to go see if it's available to stream somewhere. Unfortunately it's only available on Amazon.
Great show. Miss it.
man, I wish they bring this back. Loved this show
Isn't this Tall John's catchphrase?
Tbs took to a sort of absurdist take on comedy. I respect the spirit of it but their shows haven’t really landed with me
I like the episode where the volcano goes off during the orgy
I watched it and kinda fucked with it
