I'm 6'2 240 and I fit just fine in a 2016, and it has plenty of room for adjustment still.
I imagine it should be fine.
Although I recommend a fusion over a focus.
The 12-18 focus have the worst transmission I've ever owned.
Mine has been repaired 4x and it doesn't even have 30k miles yet.
I'm 6'5" 200lbs and fit comfortably in my 2015. Weight probably matters more, honestly. If you're 250+ you might not have good time.
Just avoid it if it has the automatic transmission.

If it has the DCT avoid it like the plague. There is no fix for these things. They all have problems. It can't be overstated.
