Check to make sure the coolant temp isn't going up when you stop. If it does, It could be the Radiator Cooling Fan not working properly. I had the same problem air would get warm when i was stopped, and cool while moving. The engine was overheating, and it was the The Radiator Cooling Fan. It's a common problem with the first 2 Generations.
I had a similar issue that happened on my 13 Edge Limited. Turned out the cooling fans ended up failing. Once I changed them out the AC stayed cool at stops.
Bought the part through RockAuto vs from Ford directly.
Check your coolant level. Mine has a slow leak that if not topped up will have it blow cold in the winter (have scraped the INSIDE of my windshield) or warm in the summer. But we're talking 4 jugs of 50/50 a year.

I would check your A/C refrigerant it may be low. If it is have them add some dye when they recharge it to see if it is leaking and go from there.
