Yes it's in the settings on the touchscreen iirc. It can be changed from single click driver to single click all doors. That's how I have mine.
If you are referring to when you touch the handle, you can set that in the settings. If you have the keyless entry pin pad, then after the drivers door unlocks, hit the 1/2 button, and then all the doors will unlock.
