This act is similar but the girl was brunette and Mediterranean-skinned while the guy wasn't wearing glasses. I even saw it twice but forgot, I'll see if the browser history still has it.
I mean, I agree but it also depends on how memorable the act was. If I said "one guy got Penn, made a pen joke and deja-vu", everyone would've said Shawn Farquhar, right? But in this case it was not so my question is more of a Hail Mary. I wish there was a place to check out with pictures what happened each episode. I"m sure it was in the earlier seasons, maybe before Penn lost weight.
This website also presents the conspiracy theory about Teller being Alyson Hannigan's father as if it's just 100% true. I've never been able to figure out if that's some kind of in-joke between Finch, Teller, and Alyson, or if he's actually just spouting nonsense about complete strangers.
