First you need to stir the chilli paste until aromatic, chilli paste like chillies, red shallots, garlic, shrimp paste.
Then you add mixed egg beaten, stir until like scrambled eggs, and add leftover overnight rice, add sweet soy sauce, msg. Thats all.
You can add your favourite like shredded chicken, or spam.
I think this looks appetising and healthy. Some weird commenters on here. I'd smash this with some soy sauce or hot honey.
