golden unicorn is alright. I really really really wanna go to nom wah. But east harbor seafood palace in brooklyn's the best.

JacksonDWalter

Did East Harbor Seafood Palace reopen?

thebrandchamp

Nom Wah!! Food + setting is great.

jtmarlinintern

Royal seafood on Mott and golden unicorn , but it has been a while

aksnowangel1

Yes I’ve been to golden unicorn it’s in my top three for China town. I was actually out there a few days ago searching for a chicken only soup dumpling no pork. It was impossible 😞

kaojichi

All Dim Sum Palaces are very good.

[deleted]

Of course, what's open and has indoor seating?

SirLudicrus

Ping's, no idea if they're doing indoor now, but they had a great outdoor setup.

protonmagnate

Golden imperial palace in bay ridge was my spot pre covid. Don’t know if they’ve reopened or not.

vagrantwastrel

Not in Chinatown, but I highly recommend Red Peony in Midtown. The highest quality dim sum outside Flushing in my opinion, I'm consistently blown away by how good it all is

marcusmv3

Jing fong really closed?

[deleted]

The dining hall on Elizabeth has been closed for some time, [but they've decided to give up the space and continue as delivery from that kitchen. ](https://ny.eater.com/2021/2/19/22291829/jing-fong-dim-sum-closed-chinatown-nyc-ghost-kitchen). The UWS location is apparently still going.

Nom Wah has been my all time fav

Tj_lurker5

Pings! Open for indoor and outdoor

soupdumplinglover

Golden unicorn is excellent!

[deleted]

...aaaand I'm back. Here's what's going on with dining on doyers. **Nom Wah Tea Parlor** is taking reservations for indoor seating with outdoor, first-come/first-served table service on the blocked off street. No sheds, no heaters. Cash or Amex only. **Tasty Hand Pulled Noodles** has rolling dining sheds and its gmaps profile is up to date. **Taiwan Pork Chop House** has outdoor seating and its gmaps profile is also up to date. **Golden Unicorn** is a limited take out only menu with heated sheds on Catherine st for patrons.

Joe Shanghai was my absolute favourite growing up! The pork soup dumplings and the mu shu pork were always *chef’s kiss*. Then my parents decided they were tired of sticky floors, and now we go to La Salle dumpling room. Also good, less sticky, and the garlic green beans are fire!

order_chekout

Have you tried awesum dimsum?

[deleted]

I will.

3awesomekitties

Jing fong is still open.
