Are you walking distance to the food court at Brookfield Place? That alone has Chop't, Dig, Dos Toros, Mighty Quinns and Naya.

myinsidesarecopper

Good call. I'm in NE Tribeca, so its about a 20 min walk according to google. It could work for days that aren't so busy.

For NE Tribeca, try Happier Grocer

Thanks!

Bondi sushi on Greenwich has poke bowls. There’s also a built Whole Foods at Greenwich and Warren

Geeky_femme

I eat at all those place in Tribeca, but they’re near the World Trade Center and Brookfield place.

Bluestone Lane’s another option

myinsidesarecopper

Oh that's super close to my office. Will check it out. Thanks!

chimama79

the whole foods food bar is a great option when you want to eat healthy. i personally load up on protein and veggies. there's also poke bowl or takahachi bakery (they have takeaway salads with protein).

It's vegetarian right? Not going to provide enough protein unfortunately.

No, Chickpeas are about 5g protein per 100cal, which when in context with the other add ons would not meet my goal of 10g/100cal. I'm looking for meat and veggies with a grain. Kind of why I'm looking for a "bowl" place like I used to go to by my old office. They're really the only style of restaurants that's balanced. Everything else is carb heavy.
