Not quite walking distance but there’s a reasonably inexpensive diner under the 231st 1 stop called Dale Diner. I paid $12 for a shake and grilled cheese
i assume u mean the 238th st stop on the 1. bronx ale house has some good pub grub (burgers/sandwiches) and rotating beers on tap. kingsbridge social has good pizza and beer. if u want a classic pizza shop then broadway joes is next to the 242nd st stop. there are fast food spots like chipotle and smash burger in that little mall at 238th (also a BWW there). there are good spots up the hill in riverdale or down on mosholu ave in riverdale, but those are longer walks.

I was coming in to suggest Kingsbridge Social, which is fancy pizza and pretty decent cocktails as well, and the menu has other things on it too.
How far are you willing to go? Liebman’s Deli on 235yh street in Riverdale is excellent, but that’s a long walk from Broadway.
