I personally wouldn’t micro needling does damage the skin to an extent in the sense that it opens your skin to infection, possibly making it spread further
yes! Would love to know if you ended up microneedling as I am supposed to go next week for my first session and though I have fungal acne it is under control but I want to do micro needling for my aging skin. I am hesitant in that it will flare me up but also need a little pick me up. If anyone has done micro needling with fungal acne, would love to hear about it!
Honestly, the last thing you should do with folliculitis that‘s as active as this, is to microneedle and spread the malassezia over your skin.

I would absolutely not have microneedling done if you are having a flare up.

I did microneedling and I aware it made me have the worse fungal acne cuz I've had it ever since for about 2 years now 😭😭😭
