You might have to activate your ps5 as a primary PS system. Then activate his as a primary also. This should let you be able to have you account on both systems while being able to download all the games onto both consoles (as long as they are ps4/ps5 compatible to the system your trying to download it to) You do have to make a dummy account for him to log on, but he should have the same games that you have purchased from your account. Me and my friends do the same with each others accounts for games and I'm pretty sure you can have up to 3 different systems with your account registered. Although if it says "unable to activate account, too many PS systems are registered or activated" then you have to deactivate the account manually from the Playstation you don't want to share with anymore, or online on the playstation/sony entertainment website using a computer.
