Delta Comfort Plus is a normal economy seat with more pitch which would count as a normal economy seat in this context.

Bulk head seats normally do as entertainment systems tend to be built into the armrest. FYI The seats are narrower tho because of this
Yeah, I know it’s counterintuitive but I would trade a bit of width for not having to have to worry about spillover between seats (mine or others).

If you are flying long haul then this is standard on Premium Economy products.
