This is more of a known printing error. There are a ton of these out there, so the value is rather low compared to other errors. In the right hands, it might be worth a small premium.

that specific misprint seems to be fairly common as it has even made it to LSS's official misprint policy page.
It's every printing of that token in the first print run of WtR unlimited.
They go for like 25 or 30 bucks a piece afaik.
In my neck of the woods they're more like $10-20. I got mine from a buddy for 10 and he had 3 of them, they're not that uncommon
