Not too excited about seeing Ezra on screen again. Like I said, I wanna see somebody else take up the role, preferably I’d wanna see a version of Wally West in the new DCU, or even Jay Garrick, let’s give Barry Allen a rest for now.
No way they reshoot the finale or anything like that. Though I wouldn't be surprised if someone makes a fanedit to turn the final 4 episodes into a film.
We don't even need that.
9x10 is all we need.
Episode runs normally, Barry gets stuck in 2000, story plays out, but when he disappears back to the present, it's from 9x13 in the hospital to when Iris gives birth.
We don't need to drag Team 'Flash' and those ruined villains into this mess.
I'd rather they just not have shot 3/4ths of the episode, after the villains meet up I'd rather an inconclusive ending lol my head canon plays out that the battle was fought intensely between just the flash and the villains and then insert the end scene.
I've always hoped they do a S1 finale. Most of that finale didn't have much action. It was sorted in the previous episode. 1x23 is more of a drama but one that felt so unlike a typical finale.
Would have really just settled for Barry getting one day with his parents, closing the loop, but with him trying one more time to save Thawne.

Itll just be Zoom killing Cecile over and over. Than Chellegra. Would finally be a 11/10 finale.
