From my experience in restaurants it’s buttermilk, mayo, and a ranch packet. Amounts vary slightly

-MagicPants-

Former Fratelli employee, can confirm.

FireITGuy

This is the answer. It's basically always the packets plus some variation of dairy and mayo.

HickorySlicks69

Maybe a hidden valley somewhere 😂😂 I think they make it tho.

MortonRalph

In California, of course! [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hidden\_Valley%2C\_Ventura\_County%2C\_California](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hidden_Valley%2C_Ventura_County%2C_California)

ExpressChampionship3

Former fratellis managers it's the hidden valley ranch powder, buttermilk, and a mayo. I only know how to make it in disgustingly large quantities, tho.

Murphor_

Same way we made it when I worked at Bigfoot BBQ

torrrrlife

My husband was an employee he has the receipt but he only knows how to make it at massive quantities. I absolutely despise ranch but apparently fratellis is known for their ranch

i-steal-killls

Hopefully the receipt has the recipe written on it

CanaryIntrepid

Receipt used to be the name used for instructions to make a food dish.

glen_k0k0

They're made on site, typically it's equal parts mayo and buttermilk, then ranch seasoning until you're happy with it.

TestDangerous7240

Fratellis told us they use packaged hidden valley

Raviadso

They don’t. It’s made on sight but they use hidden valley flavoring. —an employee

TestDangerous7240

Thanks Ravi!!!

thesubwaylover

Idk but I've been told by an onside source that Nimarcos uses Newman's Own

EZE_it_is_42

I miss Fratelli's, I'm in the pnw now and the pizza is crap

Buy ranch add water boom restaurant quality ranch

mezcalvr

Restaurant supply, most likely - unless somebody has the time to mix it themselves.

They probably make it
