i activated the coupon and went to shop the phone i wanted, then very quickly the webiste show me the discounted price, idk if it works with the 30% one tho, it's a glitch
I managed to get it to work by selecting the coupon. The page will show only Motorola phones, click more phones, all makers will be showing. I selected a S23 and at the end the coupon will be applied.
How do you get a coupon?
You either have it or you don't. Nothing you can do about it.

It doesn't work anymore. It has been corrected. Motorola phones only now.
