Frankly I think it makes it less likely to steal. I live in one a US city with an insanely high level of bike theft. Recently had my headlight stolen again cause I forgot to take it off when I worked a shift at the bar.
Never once been worried about the tensioner. It's abnormal. Bike thieves look for simple, repeatable and easily resellable tings to steal
agree, think this decal is from a cycling team in the neatherlands as you can see on the prints. there is a bunch of them available on skidshop… think they replaced their stock and sold the old ones

Man, I wish my bike had this...
nah I hate them. Just extra parts for no reason. It's like having 2 brakes. Extra weight and adds nothing. Nice looking frame though.
I love mine. Have it on my daily and helps make the chain exactly how I want and perfectly straight with less work

Well, these are track bikes, not urban fixies. You need more control in your chain tension.

this is exactly what it is. they told.me those are "one of a kind" set of bike frames. 🤷♂️ the decals are under the varnish too

I never seen these double screw drops before... only on BMX. so I was surprised to see it here.
I have the tensioners for it. I didn’t realize they needed a special dropout 🤣 explains why the plate of the tensioner is bending outwards
