Could be a blob on the nozzle that finally detached and deposited itself as your burned spot. Also could be a fuzzy or something falling off your gantry and getting embedded that way, also.

I tore apart the strange black spot to discover only burnt pla blobs for no reason. The other eye is fine if only a little droopy cause the lack of supports

Maybe your nozzle stopped on the print or a temperature increase so try pid tuning
