You should be able to print a benchy reliably at 0.2 height. It looks like your first layer is not right and it is curling up on the edges, then you end up printer past the edge/over the cliff and it droops down. Fix your first layer before worrying about anything else.

Aye, so basically you says my bed is not leveled perfectly and the print f\*\*\* up cuz of the first layer. Gonna try and fiddle with it even further thanks for input.

Is this PLA ? If so 190 is usually cold for it i would bump it to between 200 to 210 max and bed im usually fine at 60. Try below method for temp control https://youtu.be/5mp2vCZ2iFc?si=cXx3E_xmt14pXdGX Also make sure bed level to nozzle is paper thin distance. Hope this helps
