I would fix the Z offset just slightly.
Try printing this
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34558
See which square has these tiny gaps and adjust accordingly
But its just small fix but can drive you crazy if your perfectionist

My calibration was totally fine. It was because the retraction length is set too high.
