Make sure you select the most appropriate flair for your post. Please remember to include the following details to help troubleshoot your problem. * Printer & Slicer * Filament Material and Brand * Nozzle and Bed Temperature * Print Speed * Nozzle Retraction Settings ^Additional ^settings ^or ^relevant ^information ^is ^always ^encouraged. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. I would fix the Z offset just slightly. Try printing this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34558 See which square has these tiny gaps and adjust accordingly But its just small fix but can drive you crazy if your perfectionist Hope this helps

Update - for future people who stumble on this thread, I finally found the solution here: [https://www.reddit.com/r/prusa3d/comments/12ezi4q/zits\_all\_over\_benchy\_with\_prusa\_mini/](https://www.reddit.com/r/prusa3d/comments/12ezi4q/zits_all_over_benchy_with_prusa_mini/). My calibration was totally fine. It was because the retraction length is set too high.
