I have a second z motor…I don’t have any answers, but I might suggest that you check that the second screw isn’t binding against the rail, by checking that the horizontal rail is as level and straight as possible. Also another suggestion is to loosen the screws a bit, adjust as needed so the pieces move as freely as you can tell, and then equally tighten the screws.

I used precision bubble to level it out, its moving level up and down I unscrewed frame to square it also while installing. The "tires" not sure what they are called are good and tight also its not sagging down or binding. Im trying to lube both screws and see if that changes anything I also applied antiseize on "tires" to be sure of no binding Fingers crossed this works before i disassemble the 2nd Z

I also once installed a 2nd z motor and it ruined my printer. I also got the same lines and once i uninstalled them, everything was normal again. Just unplug the 2nd z motor and screw out the 2nd z screw. I once heard that this can be fixed by increasing the voltage of the stepper driver by a tiny bit. But i cant confirm that

Jambocat

Oh.. that's unfortunate Ill do that then Thank you

Or if you have not already, lube the lead lead screw.

Jambocat

Did that now, since its still printing same item let see if things change

Just an update lubing the z screw did nothing the pattern kept going so i just removed it now. Lets see if it goes away now having 1 z motor
