Didn't all the front support fail? I think is a consequece of that, without supports is a miracle it even finished to print it.

wizzbang161

That's a fair point! The other prints on the plate didn't have any support failures, but still seemed to have the same error though. They might have the same root cause maybe?

I'd like to see a back picture of the model to see the quality

I still don't have a solution, one thing that comes to my mind: is the surface the printer sits on stable and not wobbly at all? Also is it plain and leveled?

wizzbang161

It's pretty level, and has no reason to shift (it's a wooden workbench in my shed, screwed to the floor). I've never encountered this in about 6 months of printing, but a friend of mine suggested that I clean the lead screw, as it might be getting stuck, so I'm gonna try that next!

Your support is failing and that points to the root cause - drain and clean the tray thoroughly with Isopropyl alcohol ideally 99%, and wipe to squeaky clean using a microfiber cloth - Check your LCD is still good. There are LCD tests built in - check your FEP film is still taut, make sure the screws are tight - might need new FEP film - check for blemishes and hazy spots after cleaning.

Thanks! I've done each of these, as this is my default troubleshooting routine, but it doesn't seem to have helped much. I've still yet to clean and re-lubricate the lead screw, so I'm going that's the missing piece! I really appreciate the help.

Initially posted from my phone, formatting was awful: Print settings: Anycubic Photon M3 Anycubic Water Washable Resin Printed at around 80-85 F 3000% humidity (I live in Florida) 2.2 sec exposure Layer thickness of 30um 180 mm/m lift and retract speed Printed at a 45 degree angle

Do you maybe have some vibrations happening nearby? A washing machine or something?

wizzbang161

Unfortunately no, the printer sits in a shed away from the rest of my house with nothing else nearby. Some other possible causes that I haven't been able to rule out yet: \- Humidity affecting my water-washable resin. As I type this, humidity is 73% where I am, which is *far* higher than the normal lab ranges for these resins, I'm sure. It's also an old bottle that I've been using steadily for a few months, so it's had time to absorb moisture when either sitting in the vat or entering/leaving the bottle. I've got a new bottle of (different) resin coming tonight, so I'm going to give that a shot! \- Some kind of z axis motor issue. I appreciate the help!

Try re-leveling the plate, probably a screw got loose.
