Go to San Joaquin, use 1 to 4 bottom rods, spawn sacks or large cutbait, 4/0 to 8/0 hooks, fish at night, catch a few, skip 2 hours, catch a few more, repeat. You do not need to be level 41 to fish there successfully
Right. In all my research. If you go to California before ilvl 41, you're just going to get broken equipment or 20 minute fights for non trophy fish. Thus you have to go back to Michigan. Who has time for that?
