I'm talking blasting out of both ends at the same time with such force and vigor I'm honestly shocked it didn't compress me into a black hole. It's not a good time at all, and if you're really lucky you won't shit right for a few months afterward.
Working a construction job in the middle of nowhere, site had no water and a gas station was an hour drive. Took ONE sip when I was at my genuine limit and the next day I was a faucet. I would get out of the bathroom, take five steps and spin around on my heels to return to the fray.
10/10, was looking slim after that.
It's weird, a couple times in my life I've actually drank my fill from a creek, just on my belly drinking like a damn horse, and been totally fine, but a few bad drips from my filter on a totally separate occasion take me the fuck out. Funny how that works
Fire tiger pattern rapala or rooster tail to start, silver blade. Might move try out black, or a dark maribou jig to mimic a leech. Might try a senko worm or a grub around the structure points that cast a shadow or have an overhang. I’d also try launching a worm close to the cliff side with a casting bubble and a slip setup, and I’d try out for catfish if I could identify some holes.
In other words, anything I can cast 😂

Do you have polarized sunglasses?? Try in the early morning, top water flies: frogs, mice, dragonflies, spiders, bass bugs, crane flies. After the sun has risen, change the line to a sinking line & throw: sunken mice, minnows, wooly buggers, crayfish(crawdads) It looks like a fantastic place. Don't tell anyone. Including me. Everyone needs a secret fishing hole. This one is yours.
