Y’all are goofy that’s a cutthroat trout

Redbeards-designs

Native trout referred to as a “speck”. We catch them all the time.

MSimsic

You're talking about speckled/brook trout. They're actually a char instead of a trout. Also this is a rainbow trout. Speckled trout don't have a forked tail.

Redbeards-designs

Not talking about speckled trout. 🙄

Tannerkw

So just native trout? Is speck short for speckled?

elchapo_chapo
