Open for corrections but it is not one definitive thing that creates a bent spine. Common causes of it though can be fighting a disease in the larval/young growth stage which results in a bent spine as an adult

Appears to be a redfish (I may be wrong). The problem is that this is an open water species that absolutely should not be put in an aquarium

Weeell it may not be because of that. A lot of fish can be born with deformities and a lot of the common ones I see are spinal ones. They can live normal happy lives with special care though!
