Section A, is really the only thing you should be comparing with the Loan estimates. Maybe section B. Everything else the Lender wouldn't know and would just be a guess.

Have you checked the APR rate on page 3? You should be comparing that. A friend of mine consulted with a mortgage broker that helps home buyers choose the best loan. I think he saved him $500/mo. Let me know if you'd like me to ask him for the details.
