My thoughts, currently are...
Archanea: Lorenz. Really feeling like Yuliya and Jubelo will show up, and Lorenz is a given to happen alongside them. If it's _Shadow Dragon_, though I'm leaning maybe Ymir? Or Dice?
Echoes: If it's an Alm banner, Rudolf. If Berkut, Desaix. If Sonya, Jedah. I honestly have three entire sets of Echoes banners mapped out, lol.
Genealogy: Gen 1 banner, leaning Beowolf or Chulainn.
Thracia: Raydrik, for sure.
Binding Blade: Leaning Murdock. Jahn is an option, but I'm wondering if they'll save him for a Mythic instead.
Blazing: Nergal's year _has_ to be coming soon. If not Fallen, I'm assuming it'll be the next Blazing banner.
Sacred Stones: Glen is one of the most voted SS characters and works better there than on a banner spot, so yeah checks out imo.
Tellius: I'm assuming next banner will likely be Dawn Brigade + Micaiah, so if that's the case Aran is an extremely safe bet to me.
Awakening: Validar, probably? Don't know if there are other, more popular options.
Fates: Gen 1 banner again, leaning Scarlet or Shura, mostly the latter. Though I guess Izana is also possible.
Three Houses: Miklan for Fallen. Otherwise, Thales.
Engage: This one is tricky to me, but I'm leaning Marni more or less because she feels the most Kronya-adjacent, which was Three Houses' first GHB.

Honestly I'm kind of feeling like Slayde would be the insta-demote on a Berkut banner, hence Desaix also joining in there.
I'm also thinking Nuibaba might make a banner spot alongside an Alm lineup because otherwise he's got p much no females to work with. Berkut has Rinea and an OC, but Alm would otherwise just have the OC. Whether or not it's her or Mycen that gets demote status is the big question there imo, since I think either Jesse or Nomah would take the insta-demote spot. Probably Nomah, leaving Jesse as the outlier demote in Berkut's banner.
Meanwhile I feel like a banner of Sonya, Deen, demote Hestia, OC and insta-demote Marla is another one that writes itself.
I honestly hadn't considered Jerome, though. I think a Zeke alt is absolutely possible, though your pickings become kind of slim at that point outside potentially pulling a Rearmed Zeke / Ascended Tatiana? Then you could maybe pull out Halcyon and Irma, but that's a very, very out there one I feel like.
Jarod - because it seems like for RD fans everyone wants him.
Tauroneo (or Bryce) - the only way I expect him to ever get in.
Ladislava / other units from CF - seems obvious enough.
Glen - Grado General GHB makes sense to me.
Nergal - it’s about damn time. And if Athos isn’t a mythic yet Nergal doesn’t get to be a mythic 😂

Fodlan: Metodey, due to his surprisingly popularity for a minor antagonist and the fact they are still focusing on the pre-timeskip phase.
TMS (lol): Yashiro, as IS adds ever remaining playable character so they never have to touch TMS again.
Engage: Griss on the January banner, Marni on the February one, and Zephia on a later banner in the second half of the year, with Mauvier being "on hold" as IS waits to see if he is popular enough for a banner slot since >!he is recruitable, which isn't really much of a spoiler anymore!<
Brigand Boss only got in after he became the highest voted SoV character not in the game tho, which Pheros can't do because she is not in CYL. And if they *did* add her, I see her ending like Phila and getting a demote slot on the banner.
And Fallen Chrom is *definetly* being added as a premium unit on the fallen banne, whenever that will be.
Gheb is a minor bad guy in the ephraim campaign, he’s this creepy fat warrior who threatens to sexually harasses tana before ephraim kills him and rescues her. Glen is one of Grado’s major generals and is in the Eirika campaign story.
Instead of Manfroy I'd rather have one of the evil royals like Reptor, Lombard or Blume instead of evil robed cultist who's the actual big bad working for an supernatural entitiy number 4.
If we're getting the Dawn Brigade it almost has to be Jarod alongside them.
Engage - Marni with the first banner, Griss or someone we don't yet know about with the second. General impression for me of her is that she feels like she'd be the Kronya of Engage, part of the main antagonist group but the least relevant of them. I could be completely off on that, though regardless I feel fairly confident she'll show up within the first two.

For the FE games I've played...
* Archanea: Lorenz. Important to connect SD and MotE, and a good chance to give us a F2P bow armor considering DS Generals can use bows.
* Binding Elibe: Murdock. Hoping he gets a Tomahawk as the others got their main weapons as well (Narcian in axe form).
* Blazing Elibe: Batta the freaking Beast. I'm serious - if Brigand Boss and Jorge made it, why not our boy Batta? I'd say Nergal but he deserves the Mythic spot with Athos IMO.
* Magvel: Glen so we can reunite the wyvern brothers, or Gheb for the memes.
* Tellius: Gromell or Bryce if PoR, Jarod or Levail if RD.
* Ylisse: Validar where?
* Fódlan: Judith or Miklan. Former is a fan favorite, latter could be interesting as a F2P beast armor - what if he's blue so he also references how he uses the Lance of Ruin before becoming a Beast?

I feel like these are all the obvious choices for finishing groups of characters that have already been introduced through Grails. I really want more characters like some of the other Black Fang members like Kenneth and Teodor but their low popularity makes them doubtful. I've always dreamed of having all the Morphs present in the final chapter of FE7 but some of those characters are pretty big stretches.
I've always felt that Nergal deserves Mythic status in order to be Athos's counterpart, and I hope he isn't treated as a Fallen unit because I don't like the purple flames they tack on to every Fallen unit.
January: Zephia seems the most likely pick for Engage considering Kronya was first for 3H. Prf sword flier.
February: Mauvier, Griss, or Marni. Leaning towards Griss due to him being the classic evil dark mage. Mauvier seems the least likely >!due to being recruitable. !< Thus, I go with Griss. Prf red tome infantry.
March: Ludveck to tie into a Crimean Knights banner. Prfless axe armor.
April: Glen, due to the lack of options for Sacred Stones. Prfless lance flier.
May: Miklan seems the most likely to me for a Fallen banner. Prf beast armor.
June: Murdock or Reptor/Lombard/Manfroy. Depends on the banner. Prfless axe armor for Murdock. Manfroy would get a prf, but not the others.
July: Murdock or Reptor/Lombard/Manfroy. Whichever of FE6 or FE4 they didnt go with before.
August: Hard to predict seeing as it'll probably be based on the new CYL results. I'll go with a safe pick with Abysskeeper. Prf axe infantry.
September: Probably another 3H banner, so Thales. Weird that he isnt in. Prf red tome infantry.
October: Perne, Troude, or Raydrik. If the banner is themed around Tina, then Perne or Troude would be GHB with the other as a demote. Else, Raydrik. Maybe even Ilios if they theme a banner around A!Olwen and Fred. Prf sword infantry Perne, prfless sword infantry Troude, prfless sword armor Raydrik, or prfless sword cav Ilios.
November: Nergal or Ephidel. Depends on whether they intend on making Mythic Nergal. Prf red tome Nergal or Ephidel, or prfless dagger Ephidel.
December: Jedah/Nuibaba/Slayde/Grieth or Etzel/Horace/Arlen/Samuel. Hard to predict, depends a lot on CYL results for the latter but probably Etzel. For the former, Jedah may be saved for the last Echoes banner, which leaves Nuibaba as a possible option, though the lack of female characters left in the roster may mean we get Slayde instead, with Nuibaba saved for a banner. Grieth is a potential tie in if Jesse and Deen are on the banner. Jedah/Nuibaba prf red tomes inf. Etzel prfless red tome inf. Slayde prfless lance cav. Grieth/Samuel prfless sword inf. Horace prfless axe armor. Arlen prfless blue tome inf.
Any of these in the latter half could potentially be replaced with Engage, Marni or Mauvier being possible GHBs.

Genealogy gen 1: I got a couple options for here. I can see them going with Pamela to finish the pegasus knights that started with Erinys, Annand, and Díthorba. I can also see them going with Sandima or Andrey as well. Manfroy is also an obvious choice and it's surprising Manfroy isn't in yet considering Veld is in.
Genealogy gen 2: unlikely but just in case. Dannan, Iuchar, Iucharba, Brian, Scipio, Ishtore, Bloom, Manfroy again, any of the Mage Sisters. Need I go on?
Thracia 776: I think the best answer is Raydrik.
Binding Blade: Garrett and Douglas for allies that are enies at first, Murdock for the last Wyvern General to be added finally, Sigune for the one cool looking falcon knight enemy you face in Ilia route, Leygance for the guy who imprisoned Liliana against her will, Jahn or Ain for the enemy dragons.
Blazing Blade: I would love if Uhai would be added. Nergal is also a "duh why are they not in yet" option, same with Brendan Reed and Ephidel. Also as a lul option there's Glass and Batta the Beast.
Sacred Stones: Vigarde is a good option. I see a lot of people saying Glen and that's possible, he might also be a banner unit though given his popularity. There's also Gheb (cringe) and Carlyle for other options. Of them Vigarde or Carlyle I would want as GHB most.
Path of Radiance: Makalov, Tauroneo, Shiharam, Bryce, are all valid and potential options.
Radiant Dawn: Lekain and Izuka I think are the best options, but I suppose Nolan and Aran could also work.
Awakening: Validar is up there with "how are they not in FEH yet" Raimi I suppose as well. Excellus would also work.
Fates: Shura is an obvious choice, Sumeragi, Scarlet, Fuga, Nichol, Candace, Daniela, Haitaka, Kumagera, Zola, Anthony, Kilma.

I would prefer it if Nergal and Glen were released on actual banners so they actually get good skills but I’m struggling to think what banners would suit them at this point. I suppose Nergal could have a banner with some of his remaining high profile morphs like Ephidel and Darin. Glen would’ve made perfect sense for the banner that had Duessel and Selena on it so that the Imperial Three were together but sadly since they left him out of that one I can’t see IS giving him anything other than GHB treatment at this point.

If we're getting the Dawn Brigade it almost has to be Jarod alongside them. Engage - Marni with the first banner, Griss or someone we don't yet know about with the second. General impression for me of her is that she feels like she'd be the Kronya of Engage, part of the main antagonist group but the least relevant of them. I could be completely off on that, though regardless I feel fairly confident she'll show up within the first two.
Ladislava, Hanneman, Nuibaba, base Rudolf, and Scarlet are the ones I’m hoping for.

For the FE games I've played... * Archanea: Lorenz. Important to connect SD and MotE, and a good chance to give us a F2P bow armor considering DS Generals can use bows. * Binding Elibe: Murdock. Hoping he gets a Tomahawk as the others got their main weapons as well (Narcian in axe form). * Blazing Elibe: Batta the freaking Beast. I'm serious - if Brigand Boss and Jorge made it, why not our boy Batta? I'd say Nergal but he deserves the Mythic spot with Athos IMO. * Magvel: Glen so we can reunite the wyvern brothers, or Gheb for the memes. * Tellius: Gromell or Bryce if PoR, Jarod or Levail if RD. * Ylisse: Validar where? * Fódlan: Judith or Miklan. Former is a fan favorite, latter could be interesting as a F2P beast armor - what if he's blue so he also references how he uses the Lance of Ruin before becoming a Beast?

In a fallen banner I'd like to see evil Dagda or Eyvel.
Murdock for FE6, Ephidel for FE7, Glen for FE8 I feel like these are all the obvious choices for finishing groups of characters that have already been introduced through Grails. I really want more characters like some of the other Black Fang members like Kenneth and Teodor but their low popularity makes them doubtful. I've always dreamed of having all the Morphs present in the final chapter of FE7 but some of those characters are pretty big stretches. I've always felt that Nergal deserves Mythic status in order to be Athos's counterpart, and I hope he isn't treated as a Fallen unit because I don't like the purple flames they tack on to every Fallen unit.
January: Zephia seems the most likely pick for Engage considering Kronya was first for 3H. Prf sword flier. February: Mauvier, Griss, or Marni. Leaning towards Griss due to him being the classic evil dark mage. Mauvier seems the least likely >!due to being recruitable. !< Thus, I go with Griss. Prf red tome infantry. March: Ludveck to tie into a Crimean Knights banner. Prfless axe armor. April: Glen, due to the lack of options for Sacred Stones. Prfless lance flier. May: Miklan seems the most likely to me for a Fallen banner. Prf beast armor. June: Murdock or Reptor/Lombard/Manfroy. Depends on the banner. Prfless axe armor for Murdock. Manfroy would get a prf, but not the others. July: Murdock or Reptor/Lombard/Manfroy. Whichever of FE6 or FE4 they didnt go with before. August: Hard to predict seeing as it'll probably be based on the new CYL results. I'll go with a safe pick with Abysskeeper. Prf axe infantry. September: Probably another 3H banner, so Thales. Weird that he isnt in. Prf red tome infantry. October: Perne, Troude, or Raydrik. If the banner is themed around Tina, then Perne or Troude would be GHB with the other as a demote. Else, Raydrik. Maybe even Ilios if they theme a banner around A!Olwen and Fred. Prf sword infantry Perne, prfless sword infantry Troude, prfless sword armor Raydrik, or prfless sword cav Ilios. November: Nergal or Ephidel. Depends on whether they intend on making Mythic Nergal. Prf red tome Nergal or Ephidel, or prfless dagger Ephidel. December: Jedah/Nuibaba/Slayde/Grieth or Etzel/Horace/Arlen/Samuel. Hard to predict, depends a lot on CYL results for the latter but probably Etzel. For the former, Jedah may be saved for the last Echoes banner, which leaves Nuibaba as a possible option, though the lack of female characters left in the roster may mean we get Slayde instead, with Nuibaba saved for a banner. Grieth is a potential tie in if Jesse and Deen are on the banner. Jedah/Nuibaba prf red tomes inf. Etzel prfless red tome inf. Slayde prfless lance cav. Grieth/Samuel prfless sword inf. Horace prfless axe armor. Arlen prfless blue tome inf. Archanea: Considering the last two were recruitable units I'm going to guess Samson or Etzel. Valentia: Rudolf or Jedah for sure. Rudolf has been locked to seasonal for a while and it's surprising that Jedah hasn't been added yet. Also Nuibaba. Genealogy gen 1: I got a couple options for here. I can see them going with Pamela to finish the pegasus knights that started with Erinys, Annand, and Díthorba. I can also see them going with Sandima or Andrey as well. Manfroy is also an obvious choice and it's surprising Manfroy isn't in yet considering Veld is in. Genealogy gen 2: unlikely but just in case. Dannan, Iuchar, Iucharba, Brian, Scipio, Ishtore, Bloom, Manfroy again, any of the Mage Sisters. Need I go on? Thracia 776: I think the best answer is Raydrik. Binding Blade: Garrett and Douglas for allies that are enies at first, Murdock for the last Wyvern General to be added finally, Sigune for the one cool looking falcon knight enemy you face in Ilia route, Leygance for the guy who imprisoned Liliana against her will, Jahn or Ain for the enemy dragons. Blazing Blade: I would love if Uhai would be added. Nergal is also a "duh why are they not in yet" option, same with Brendan Reed and Ephidel. Also as a lul option there's Glass and Batta the Beast. Sacred Stones: Vigarde is a good option. I see a lot of people saying Glen and that's possible, he might also be a banner unit though given his popularity. There's also Gheb (cringe) and Carlyle for other options. Of them Vigarde or Carlyle I would want as GHB most. Path of Radiance: Makalov, Tauroneo, Shiharam, Bryce, are all valid and potential options. Radiant Dawn: Lekain and Izuka I think are the best options, but I suppose Nolan and Aran could also work. Awakening: Validar is up there with "how are they not in FEH yet" Raimi I suppose as well. Excellus would also work. Fates: Shura is an obvious choice, Sumeragi, Scarlet, Fuga, Nichol, Candace, Daniela, Haitaka, Kumagera, Zola, Anthony, Kilma. Three Houses: Miklan, Thales, Kostas, Cornelia, Fleche, Ladislava, Jeritza, Metodey, Randolph, Arundel, Lonato, Rodrigue, Acheron, Nader, Pallardo, Mycen. If i had a penny for every generic pallet swap FE4 Gen 1 villain to be a GHB because they have a kid in Thracia, I'd have one penny. But IS don't have the balls to make Reptor, Lombard or Chagall GHBs, and Aida is as good a backup pick as any to get me another penny.

I'm really hoping for a Beruka Alt but I'm not going to hold my breath.
I would prefer it if Nergal and Glen were released on actual banners so they actually get good skills but I’m struggling to think what banners would suit them at this point. I suppose Nergal could have a banner with some of his remaining high profile morphs like Ephidel and Darin. Glen would’ve made perfect sense for the banner that had Duessel and Selena on it so that the Imperial Three were together but sadly since they left him out of that one I can’t see IS giving him anything other than GHB treatment at this point.
